“ECNC - European Centre for Nature Conservation is proud to announce the winners of the SEENET poster competition. Competition was fierce and fantastic posters were submitted, for which we would like to congratulate all participants.
The judges considered the criteria (relevance to the topic and understanding of connectivity in nature, originality and creativity) and awarded the following prizes to the following artists:

| 2nd prize winner is Olga Zaika (age 12) from Ukraine (Technical-Humanitarian lyceum â„– 129, 39 Penzenska Street Kryvyi Rih Dnipropetrovska oblast 50048) for her poster: “Don't separate them !!!” | 1st prize winner is Antonio Veres (age 11) from Croatia (Os Augusta Cesarca, Zagreb, II Ferencica 9a, class ‘5.a’), for his poster “Ecoduct” | 3rd prize winners are Laušević Pavle and Tufedžić Vojislav (age 9) from Serbia (Oslobodioci Beograda, Preradovićeva 3, 11000 Belgrade), for their poster: “Tunel za automobile a šuma za životinje!” |
The prizes awarded by the SEENET Committee (first prize 500 Euros, second prize 300 Euros and third prize 100 Euros) were given to the winners’ schools, to allow the winners’ classes to visit a national park in their country. First prize winner Antonio Veres received his prize from ECNC’s President Sir Brian Unwin and State Secretary Professor Nikola Ruzinski of the Croatian Government at a special ceremony held at the Sixth Ministerial Conference ‘Environment for Europe’ in Belgrade in October 2007.
